Sandra Perez Ard (Sandy) spent the first 8 years of her legal career working various aspects of trial law from basic discovery to expert witness depositions to being part of the national trial counsel team for various defendants. After attaining several goals she realized her passion and inspiration came from her family and helping other families. Her family has been in the home health care field for over 30 years, long-term relationships with patients was required to ensure their healthcare needs were met. She also realized long-term relationships with her clients is absolutely mandatory to ensure their legal needs are met and estate plans worked.

Sandy began her own practice to be better available to her children and family and realize her dream of providing ongoing services to ensure life-long relationships with her clients. Through her affiliation with National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, Wealth Counsel and Medicaid Practice Network she continues to engage in the most up to the minute education so she can provide you with holistic relationship based estate planning, elder law and asset protection.

She is a member of the Texas Bar Association, Houston Bar Association, Galveston County Bar Association, and Texas Aggie Association. She is also a member of Wealth Counsel, National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys and Medicaid Practice Network.

Sandy has been married to her husband, Darin for 17 years and has 2 children, Connor & Camryn. They enjoy an active lifestyle in the Dickinson/Clear Lake area with church and karate. Sandy and her husband both grew up in Baytown, Tx. They are actively involved in the care and education of local elderly families. They also have 3 dogs, Roxy, Shadow and Oreo. She recently welcomed a dwarf rabbit, Goggles, into their home.

Sandy graduated from Texas A&M University in 1994 with a Bio-environmental Science degree. Soon after having her first child Sandy began law school attending University of Houston Law Center part-time at night so she could be a stay-at-home mom. She graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 1999. While in law school she served as the Vice President and President of the Environmental Law Society and the Consumer Law Journal analyzing recent cases.

She is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and the Southern District of Texas.
